TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Ensure the inflatable is not overcrowded and that the users are of similar age and height and the manufacturers recommended maximum age and use is not exceeded. On all slides, no more than two children should be allowed at the top at any one time and sliding should take place in the feet first position.


All shoes, badges, and jewellery must be removed and it is recommended that spectacles be removed. No food or drink should be taken on to equipment.


Please do not allow anyone on the inflatable whilst inflating/deflating. Do not allow anyone to climb, sit or hang on the inflatable walls. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front step.


PERSONS HIRING OUR INFLATABLES ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR ANY MALICIOUS DAMAGE OR DAMAGE OCCURRING AS A RESULT OF MISUSE, HANDING OVER EQUIPMENT TO NON-AUTHORISED PERSONS. THE EQUIPMENT ON COLLECTION IS TO BE CLEAN AND DRY. (The hirer is liable for full repair/replacement and the cost of loss of business )


A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times. All persons using/operating any inflatable equipment should have full instructions as to safe use and supervision.


PERSONS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRINK OR DRUGS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SUPERVISE OR USE THE EQUIPMENT.


All anchor points must be secured to the ground or other solid point at all times of operation


WARNING Due concern and awareness should be given to prevailing wind conditions and equipment turned off at the first signs of Thunder and lightning. Do not operate until adverse weather conditions cease. If the equipment begins to fail for any reason it should be evacuated immediately to prevent injury or damage to the equipment.


Play should not be allowed on wet surfaces or during persistent rain.


IF YOUR BOOKING INCLUDES DISCO LIGHT AND SPEAKERS THESE SHOULD BE REMOVED INDOORS AT THE FIRST SIGN OF RAIN.


This inflatable should have been tested at point of manufacture. It is a health and safety recommendation that the equipment receives an annual inspection by the manufacturer or persons qualified by whom a certificate will be issued.


NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY WILL BE TAKEN BY US FOR ANY INJURY OR OCCURRENCE THAT MAY TAKE PLACE AT YOUR PREMISES. IT IS THE HIRERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE MADE AWARE OF THE CONDITIONS:
